Plant is a vegan bakery and restaurant tucked in a little alley behind the main street of Itaewon and is a vegan and non-vegan favorite. What's interesting about this dainty shop is that it changes menu on a daily basis. I really like this idea of a surprise menu because as a non-vegan, my impression of vegan food has been unpalatable. By seeing a new menu every visit, you get to see different dishes the vegan lifestyle has to offer. Plant is also well-known for their AMAZING baked goods that don't compromise flavor despite opting out eggs and dairy ingredients.
