Toby’s Estate opened its door to Asia in October 2011, with the launched of its flagship cafe and roastery in Singapore. The cafe　overlooks the historic Singapore River in the picturesque area of Robertson Quay. They serve any kind of amazing coffee and tea with all day breakfast in the menu. If you love coffee, like me - the “must try” item on their menu is Affogato. A shot of espresso poured over a scoop of vanilla gelato, sprinkled with coffee grains. It’s mild, bitter, and sweet, a really great pairing I have to say. It’s enjoyable anytime of the day.
