台湾の夜市で私からのイチオシは葱油餅（ツォンユーピン）です！これはこれは本当に私の大好物なんです。今回食べたのは普通の葱油餅ですが、卵入りだったり、揚げ葱油餅だったり（これ激旨す）、いろんなバラエティがあります！「葱油餅（ツォンユーピン）とは、小麦粉で作った生地に油を塗り、ネギの細片を具として巻き込んで焼いた中華料理。」とウィキペディアさんが。とりあえずは私からのイチオシなので、是非是非試してみてください！

Here at night markets in Taiwan, I strongly recommend scallion pancake. It is literally my favorite street food of all times. Recently I am in love with the deep fried scallion pancake. But in the video I show you the traditional normal scallion pancake. According to Wikipedia, a scallion pancake is a Chinese savory, unleavened flatbread folded with oil and minced green onion. Please do try this when you visit. I highly recommend it !!
